Question: Are you a travel agency?
Answer:
Yes, but we like to think we are more than that. We provide very friendly and
personal service for all people interested in visiting Istanbul and the Turkey .
We want to be able to help you with any problem connected to Turkey .
Question: Are you a Turkey based company?
Answer:
Yes, we are one hundred percent Turkey , which means that our staff really knows
Istanbul and the Turkey . We co-operate with local people which guarantees the
best knowledge and information for our service to you. We provide more than
standard expected of an international company.
Question: Do you charge any fees for your services?
Answer:
No, EuroNet Travel doesn´t charge any fees for its services. Only transfers to the
hotels are charged.
Question: What part of Istanbul do you suggest to stay in?
Answer:
Well, people are different but... Istanbul is very special comparing to the
other tourist destinations because majority of all places of interest (historical
monuments, atmosphere and charm, cultural events, night life, shopping) are
located in relatively small area of the city center. Old Town (Staré Město) and
Lesser Town (Malá Strana) are the most centrally located quaters of the center,
each on one side of Charles Bridge. That's why we suggest staying in the very
city centre whithin a walking distance from tourist attractions and pay litle
extra for the centrally located accommodation rather than wasting your time and
energy waiting for public transport during the day or your money on Istanbul
Taxis (Guide/Practical/By Car - By cab) in the night.
Question: Can we order transfer to the hotel (pension, apartment) and how much
does it cost?
Answer:
Yes, you can. You would be awaited with EuroNet Travel sign in front of the exit
from the terminal at the airport (30 min after the expected time of you arrival)
or on the platform on the railway (bus) staion. (at the time of your arrival).
The rate of the airport pick up is 550 YTL (approx 23 USD) or 400 YTL (approx 17
USD) from the train station. The prices given are for the one way trip using one
car for up to 4 passengers + driver and include also the map of the city center.
The transfer is of course possibile for both ways. Just fill in the order form
according to your request.
Question: How do we pay for our transfer, acommodation, tour, or car rental?
Answer:
For transfer you pay directly to the driver in cash (YTL).
For accommodation at the hotel reception (doesn´t have to be immediatly
after check in) or at the apartment after check in.
For tours you pay directly to your guide when commencing the tour.
For car rental you pay after recieving the documents and car keys.
Your credit card will not be charged. We only collect your credit card
information to guarantee your reservation. The card is charged only when
corresponding to our cancellation policy.
Question: What is your cancellation policy?
Answer:
For accommodation: The cancellation must be done no less than two days
prior to your scheduled arrival. Failure to do so will result in charging the
first night of your accommodation bill to your credit card.
For sightseeing tours: If not canceled at least one day before and you
don't show up, the amount corresponding to the price of the selected tour will
be charged to your credit card.
For car rental: If not canceled one day earlier and you fail to collect
the car, the amount of daily rate of the selected car will be charged to your
credit card.
Question: Is it secure to send you my credit card details?
Answer:
Yes, it is secure for we are using encrypted SSL protocol in all our order forms.
Question: Are the prices given for all services inclusive of all the taxes and
fees?
Answer:
All prices given for accommodation, sightseeing tours and transfers include the
taxes and fees. There is no extra charge.
Car rental rates exclude 19% tax. So, 19% will be added on the final price.
Question: Do we have to pay for the accommodation which doesn´t correspond to
the presentation on your website?
Answer:
The accommodation in our offer have been carefully and personally checked and in
fact selected from the wider range of Istanbul accommodation market for its
extra value and quality of services provided. That´s why you are not excessed
with hundreds of these different options and we feel very comfortable about
these properly selected and presented ones. If you would be not happy with the
place of your accommodation after check in and you would be convinced that it
doesn´t correspond to the information provided by our travel company, then
please contact us emmediately. We would definitely assist you to find
alternative accommodation and you would certainly not be obliged to pay for the
previously ordered place of your accommodation. But of course we hope that this
situation will never happen.
Question: Do you provide your service also in other destinations than in Istanbul ?
Answer:
At this moment it is not our regular service but we are able to reffer you to
the suitable institution to arrange your stay outside of Istanbul on your
special personal request.
